First Presbyterian Church has worship services in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 11:00. Worship services last about one hour and are followed by a time of fellowship with refreshments in the Robert Young Centre. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month, and the service is usually a little longer on those days.

Worship includes prayers, the singing of hymns, readings from Scripture (from the New Revised Standard Version of the Holy Bible), and a sermon by our pastor, or occasionally by our Minister of Spiritual Formation. Our services always include outstanding choral and instrumental music.
